Navigating through this store is easy. Parking space is great. Merchandise is neatly arranged. Great service at checkout. I like the store and I have gone back over and over again. A power tool that I bought, underperformed. It was returned and I got my full refund, without a problem. The variety of tools you get to buy is unbelievable. A particular grit of sandpaper was what got me to the store initially and I got hooked from thereon because of the variety on display. I never had a need to use the public restroom there so, I do not know whether or not one is available. I recommend a visit to the store at least once and you'll understand why you will return there. Simply a great store.

I wish I knew the employee's name that helped me. I was looking for quinn low profile socket set 11 peice sae. He was working hard and had no problem getting them from the back he knew exactly what i was looking for. I went to 3 different harbor freights and this was the golden one with solid employee's.

The variety of tools and items for the garage, outdoors or shop was impressive. I appreciate that the brands I'm typically in search of are available here and not generic, or knock-offs.

This is sort of the K mart of tool stores. I wouldn't say they're the best quality but then again if you're looking for price this place is it. But buying lower quality lower priced items doesn't give you the long gevity that quality wil.

I like this store, it is clean and orderly. I like that I can search an item online amd it tells you whether you can get it at the store and which store. Since it is not so big, you can easily get to and find the item you’re looking for. You’re in and out in a jiffy.

Great place for beginner price tools. If you get multiple uses out of tools, consider it a bonus buy! I have lots of tools that still work, (50+ to100's of uses) Other tools that were worth the cost for 1-2 time use.

Decent tools, decent prices but most of tools there are more for home usage , not for every day/ professional construction… But they have awesome car lifts ,and they well designed ( worth money ) compared to other professional lifts.

Love this place. Good quality tools at a price that won't make your wallet scream. If your the weekend handyman or car tinkering type of person, the tools here are perfect for you. I have outfitted my garage with a majority of the tools from here. When I moved I bought moving blankets and other supplies from here and it was way cheaper than anywhere else. I do recommend that if you do a lot of shopping here you get the rewards card.

Great prices and wide selection of tools, household items, moving supplies and storage/organization. Went for a couple 4 wheel furniture dollies (1000# limit, $7.99) and walked out with much more "can't live without. A stroll up each aisle is worth the trip.

This place is like IKEA but with tools. The hand tools are great most guaranteed for life. They get the job done. You will walk through the isles, and no matter the tool for the job, you will be able to afford it. It's very satisfying that these tools are priced in a way that inspire you to build repair and what not, as a big part of any project are the tools.
I generally have had a good experience with the equipment I got there. There is always a 20% off coupon somewhere out there to use, and often they give you a nice free gift with your purchase. Some of the tools are not at the professional level, but they will get you through your project and then some.

Everything you'd expect at a Harbor Freight store, the standard layout, well stocked, well organized, informed courteous staff. You should never pay full price, 20 and sometimes 25% off coupons can be found everywhere. Plus a nice big parking lot.

I can't recommend most of their tools, but if you are buying things that are more disposable, or for light use, then this is a great place to get tools. They are but far the cheapest place, they take coupons on top of their already cheap prices, and they have great customer service. I usually get a few things here, that are good enough for my purposes, that I don't need quality for.
