Thank you Janat for sharing a practical result of the demo creation process! Why would any brand choose scientific demos in a CGI world? 🌍Attention in the Crowd: In an info-saturated world, demos don't just inform; they captivate and leave a mark. Proof: Today's savvy consumers demand more than words; they seek tangible, real evidence. Genuine Engagement: Beyond flashy slogans, demos showcase the authenticity and depth of the brand. Demystifying Science: Through hands-on demonstrations, complex concepts become relatable and easy to grasp. At USP Demo Solutions, we connect real science to real people.

This is the last day of CVSA’s International Roadcheck. When a vehicle successfully passes a Level I or V Inspection without any critical vehicle inspection item violations, an inspector may apply aCVSA decalto the vehicle or combination of vehicles. A valid CVSA decal signals the vehicle has passed inspection within the past three months. Generally, vehicles displaying a valid CVSA decal won’t be re-inspected; however, nothing preventsre-inspectionof a vehicle bearing a valid CVSA decal. If an inspector identifies driver and/or vehicle out-of-service violations, as outlined in theNorth American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria, the vehicle and/or driver will be restricted from operating until all out-of-service violations have been properly addressed. Each year, International Roadcheck places special emphasis on a category of violations to spotlight certain aspects of the inspection process. This year, the focus is ontractor protection systems and alcohol and controlled substance possession/use.

Should I get an inspection done? Why do I have to do the inspections up front as a home seller, isn't this a buyer's cost? This is a question I get all the time from my clients, my home sellers. My answer to this question is yes, absolutely yes, you have to get the inspections before your house goes on the market, and why is that?Hi,My name is Heba Rayan, I'm a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Danville in the East Bay.And, I will tell you now why do you have to get the inspections done up front as a home seller. You have to do a lot of disclosures and having the inspections done up front is a great thing to do to be part of your disclosures, also you don't want any surprises during escrow. You don't want unexpected cost to you, you want to know exactly how much you would net before you even list your house for sale. So let's have two scenarios we're going to talk about two scenarios, the first one is if you did not do the inspections and the second one if you did do the inspections. let's talk about the inspections that I recommend that you do before you list your house so normally I recommend that you do home, termite, roof inspection, and pool inspection if there is a pool in the house. When I get my listings ready for sale, I prepare a disclosure package and in the open house when I see interested buyers I do send them this disclosure package from day one. So they read it they take time to investigate more, and they of course can find out if they can afford this or not right? So, you're gonna get a great great offer from a buyer that is very well informed about the condition of the house, and when you get this from the buyer this is a solid buyer who wants the house with the condition it is right now. Doing the inspections upfront saves you from surprises and unexpected costs and makes the escrow go much faster and much smoother. From my work history every time which I do all the time have all the inspections done before putting the house on the market we always close on time, the seller makes the money they expected to make, and the buyer was very happy with their purchase. It's a win-win situation the seller knows up front what's going on with their house the buyer knows that the seller is being transparent. And, everybody goes into escrow knowing what's going on going into escrow. Knowing what's going on with the house is much better than going into escrow not knowing anything and start finding things during escrow, makes it great for a smooth and short close of escrow. If you would like to learn more about how to get your house ready for the market, please feel free to contact me my name is Heba Rayan I'm a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Danville.Thank you very much!#DanvilleCA#DublinCA#LafayetteCA#Eastbayarea
