Hello World 🌎 It's been a while since I wrote in this space but this quote was irresistible and I had to share...The way I see, life is simple and beautiful... 💗But right now, IF it's not the case for anyone here, "Hey, you can transform, if you just replace OVERTHINKING with right THINKING..."We have made life a complicated misery, thanks to OVERTHINKING (plus plus) and misusing our power to focus. Monday Miracles ✨️✨️✨️In the recent past, I've been debating with myself on what's my biggest ever achievement...Although this is still 'work in progress' and I'm only crawling in the basic steps, I realised that my ability to 'stay put together' even in the most chaotic situations, has improved a lot! I can say I feel humbly proud about this ability of mine, specially when I recollect about my panicking younger self, that existed just a few years ago (may be even months ago hehe...)So, what's the secret spell that I used to get there?? 🤔 Well, honestly speaking, it was a looong struggle (and some of the times I found myself mentally punching a few people too 🤭) but, certain particular mindsets helped me predominantly to stay calm. I'm listing them down (in no particular order) for your benefit... 💗+ I'm not the only person to have gone through this (obviously others survived, so can I).+ Not every battle needs to be fought, some aren't worth it (Don't trouble troubles, till trouble troubles you)+ I cannot control anything or anyone (mostly nothing works the way I want, and that's how life is)+ If I can't control it, there's no need to worry anyway (worrying is like a cradle chair, it gives you something to do, but takes you no where).+ Letting go is a super power (and highly underestimated one too).+ No need to break my head, when the right time comes, it all will make sense (if I stay mindful, I will be able to understand).+ It's ok not to win always, and it's perfectly alright not to understand why (sometimes things just happen you know!)+ As long as I'm sure I've done my part to the best of my abilities, the rest is up to the process (just don't idle thinking there's nothing I can do to fix it. do your part and move on)+ I'm not going to lower my standards just to look higher than someone else in any arguments (I'm not here to make a mere impression, but to truly evolve)+ People argue about things they don't understand well (if they understand well, there shouldn't be any argument, only conversations)+ Some people are just hurting inside, and they don't know how to handle it (I shouldn't jump in their way and create chaos, but hold them tight if they need it)+ Compassion and empathy can take you away from being overriding and controlling (this is such a beautiful feeling)+ My inner peace means a lot to me and I'd always choose that over anyone or anything...(this is mandatory to master)+ There's always a way out!!! (although you can't see it now, it's there for sure)Most importantly, "This too shall pass"Hoping that these lines will help you someday or other 😇 (Thanks my amazing friend Abu Shadab for reminding me that I haven't written in this space for some time and encouraging me to do so...)#MyDay_MyWay (image from internet)
