Hair loss is an issue almost every guy has to deal with at some point or another. Most people don't know about the dangers of taking oral hair loss medications like finasteride though. This isn't an ad. My company doesn't sell hair loss solutions. Just a piece of advice. Opt for a topical instead of an oral. Oh, and start it now before you lose more, because it's great for preserving what you still got but not for regrowing what you've already lost. #TopicalSolutions #VitalityMatters #HairLoss

You do not need to shave before a gynecologist appointment (or any doctor's appointment!). Your doctor doesn't care how you care for your pubic hair, because it isn't a health or hygiene concern. They've seen it all, and how you style (or don't style) your pubic hair probably won't even register.

What length to trim pubic hair for a female? ›

To reduce the likelihood of razor burn or irritation we've seen 4mm as the recommended length to trim pubic hair with a bikini trimmer. If you want smooth skin we recommend waxing or sugaring. Exfoliate your bikini line and apply a soothing pubic oil to prevent itch during regrowth.

Does pubic hair stop growing with age? ›

As you age, your pubic hair, just like the hair on your head, will naturally start to thin and turn grey. Part of the aging process includes hair loss and the slowing of the rate of hair growth. Typically, hair in the armpits, chest, and pubic region will start to thin and turn grey later than scalp hair.

What do doctors think of shaved pubic hair? ›

Long story short, there is nothing dirty or unclean about pubic hair. There is no medical reason to remove it. And yet, many people feel pressured to shave or wax because of our society's long-standing ideas of gender, beauty, and purity.

What happens if you never shave your pubic hair as a female? ›

The benefits of not shaving pubic hair are avoiding irritation, cuts, and ingrowns—when you don't shave, you won't get irritated. If you don't shave your pubic hair, nothing happens, but it's important to keep it clean with a daily genital-friendly wash and exfoliant to keep odor at bay.

How to remove hair from private parts of a woman permanently? ›
